To submit your request, fill out the form below. If your submission does not strictly meet these criteria the cryptkeeper will deny your reqest and punch you in the mouth:
- Submit an image of your pet, or an image of one that looks like it. The more amusing the image, the better your chances of getting a plot. You may also send an image of a tombstone or anything else you feel might be helpful in the construction of your pet's new home.
- Write a short and witty tribute to your lost friend.Telling a story about your pet's quirky behaviors or writing a silly poem seem to work well.
