Pina Colada Jello
| Ingredients: | 1 packet pineapple jello (2 cup size) |
| 1 cup water, boiling | |
| 2/3 cup water, cold | |
| 1/3 cup coconut rum | |

| Directions: | Mix up the jello, dissolving the powder with the boiling water. |
| Add the rest of the liquids (cold water etc.) and stir. | |
| Chill until firm, serve. | |
