| Ingredients: | 2 shots dark rum |
| 2 tsp cream of coconut | |
| 1/3 fill orange juice | |
| 1/3 fill cranberry Juice | |
| Top with club soda | |

| Directions: | Fill glass with ice. |
| Fill two thirds with equal parts orange and cranberry juice. | |
| Add rum then club soda. | |
| Add Cream of Coconut. | |
| Shake well. | |
| Garnish with orange slice. | |

| Serve in: | Tall glass |
