| 2 scoops rainbow sherbert | |
| 1 oz vodka | |
| 1 oz peach schnapps | |
| 1 oz champagne | |

| Directions: | Pour cranberry juice in glass. |
| Blend sherbert, vodka and schnapps. | |
| Pour blended ingredients over cranberry juice. | |
| Pour champagne on top. | |
