| Ingredients: |
12 oz champagne |
| 1 tsp sugar |
| 1 lemon peel |
| 2 drops angostura bitters |

| Directions: |
Pour glass half full of champagne. |
| Put a few drops of angostura bitters on sugar cube and put in champagne. |
| Pour rest of champagne to top. |
| Twist lemmon peel and drop in. |
| |
