Mixed Drink Recipes
Big Chill
| Ingredients: | 1 oz dark rum |
| 1 oz kahlua | |
| 4 oz coffee (chilled) | |
| 1 oz cream | |
| 1/2 tsp sugar | |
| 1 scoop vanilla ice cream | |
| | |
| Directions: | Shake all ingredients but ice cream with ice. |
| Strain into glass and top with ice cream. | |
| Serve with straws and long-handled spoon. | |
