Apple Brandy Cooler
| Ingredients: | 2 oz brandy |
| 1 oz rum | |
| 3 oz apple juice | |
| 1/2 oz lime juice | |
| 1 tsp dark rum | |

| Directions: | Shake brandy, rum and juices with ice and strain. |
| Float rum on top. | |
| Garnish with slice of lime. | |
