| Ingredients: |
1 1/2 oz dark creme de cacao |
| 3/4 oz cream |

| Directions: |
Pour the creme de cacao into glass. |
| Take a spoon and invert it over the top of the liquid. |
| Pour cream slowly over the back of the spoon and the cream will float on top. |
| Put a pick through a cherry and lay it on top. |
